An accident left me with a herniated disc in my lumbar spine. The pain was excruciating. I couldn't hardly move when I first started seeing Dr.Gomach. She managed to not only make me pain free she also designed a work out routine that works wonders for me. She is extremely understanding that no two injuries are the same. She worked wonders on me.
